Doge Francesco Donato Adoring the Virgin (or Doge Francesco Donato kneeling before the Virgin and Child), unidentified artist, Italian, ca. 1545–1553, possibly after Titian (Tiziano Vecellio, 1531), Boston, Museum of Fine Arts. Possibly it reproduces a painting by Titian from 1531 for the Doge's Palace in Venice, but in the engraving, Doge Gritti has been replaced by Doge Francesco Donato.
