The value and product of livestock were not estimated separately because they have been included in the Farmers' advances and in the total of annual products.

We place land here because, relative to its market value, it can be regarded in some sense as movable wealth original: "richesses mobiliaires"—assets that can be valued and traded like capital, even though the land itself is physically fixed., in that its price is subject to variations in the state of other wealth necessary for cultivation; for lands deteriorate, and Owners lose value on their real estate original: "biens-fonds" in proportion to the decay of their Farmers' wealth.
