The Master Latin: Magister; the leader of the ritual must therefore be a man of serious mind, steadfast and undaunted, who suffers no defect in his speech or pronunciation. All the Associates Latin: Socii; the assistants or participants helping the Master shall not speak a single word, but the Master alone dares to manage the business and speak with the Spirits.
