Requisita ad Citationem Spirituum necessaria original: "Requisites necessary for the citation of spirits."

Herewith I wish to instruct you how you should conduct yourself when you wish to compel spirits with peculiar force, so that they must appear visibly before your Creiß circle. First, you must pray diligently that God may grant you the grace to have the power to command, to rule over the evil spirits, so that they must all fulfill your will and desires. Secondly, you must henceforth be sober and fast, so that the spirits cannot excuse themselves, for they generally do not want to obey those people who stand in grave sins. Therefore, persist with the Cit: citation undaunted until your will is fulfilled. If he does not come in human form, as you desire him, then torment him and do not receive him; thereafter ask who he is. For it often happens that other spirits come who are not cited, and say that they are named as you have called him.
