Abbreviation for Freemason (Freimaurer) should possess. A good and an evil heart are things spoken of daily, and of which one perceives manifestations every hour, without actually being capable of describing them.
A good heart must be felt, and an evil one must be recognized in others.
Of the latter, the restlessness of the spirit and inconsistency original: "Unbeständigkeit"; a lack of moral stability or being swayed easily by external whims in actions are certain hallmarks. A F. M. must have a good, a magnanimous heart, because it is a source of the good qualities demanded of a true Brother F. M.
