As for the Perfection of the Brothers original: Perfectionem Fratrum; a reference to the supposed spiritual and intellectual maturity of the Rosicrucian Brotherhood, you offer much with a long hand, but in short, you offer very little. But a court should not be filled with words; the matter itself cries out that you are not Theologians by profession, such that you might interpret the Holy Scripture original: S. Scripturam for others. And if you are, show me your calling, and indicate who sent you. Nor have I known until now that it was the task of Theologians to hammer in the mundane arts secular or worldly sciences, as opposed to spiritual divinity: I have held fast to the opinion that they ought to propagate the uncorrupted doctrine of the Law and the Gospel original: Legis & Evangelii; the foundational framework of Protestant theology, and to preach the promise of the free forgiveness of sins, of reconciliation, and of the inheritance of eternal life to be given through faith in the Son, the Mediator.
