Chui Zhong Ban Hanging Bell Board: Length six feet, width one foot, thickness three inches. Wrapped in raw cowhide with arrow windows opened. It is deployed at the front and back of defensive battle sheds, supported by Fu Tu crouching rabbit brackets and Guaizi Mu crank-shaped timbers.
Bi Liba Wicker Fence: Made of woven brambles and willow branches. Length five feet, width four feet. Covered with raw cowhide. Both types use horizontal poles six to seven feet long. When used on battle sheds, support them with wooden horses (Mu Ma). If placed outside the parapet (Nu Qiang), hang them using Gou Jiao Mu dog-leg timbers.
Pi Zhu Ba Leather-Bamboo Fence: Made of raw cowhide strips woven with river bamboo. Height eight feet, width six feet. Installed on both sides of a "White Dew" shelter (a covered defensive structure). Supported by wooden horses; arrow windows are opened to allow shooting at the enemy outside.
Mu Ma Zi Wooden Horse support: A horizontal timber with three legs underneath. Height three feet, length six feet.
Gou Jiao Mu Dog-leg timbers: Two pillars erected inside the parapet, spaced five feet apart, with height adjusted according to the wall.
