Whether encountering a strong enemy, facing an emergency where a certain flank is under attack, seizing a moment of opportunity against the enemy, or observing where the enemy flag-bearer is headed so that the tribes may know when to advance or stop, when facing the enemy, mobilize several dozen units to fire in unison. One volley will kill and destroy the enemy ringleaders, blinding their senses idiomatic: destroying their command structure. The enemy fears this greatly. It can force them to flee without a battle. Its construction is solid iron throughout. The handle contains a concealed spear, allowing it to function as a short-range weapon. Thus, the spear, staff, and firearm are combined into one implement. It is specifically prepared for surprising the enemy and achieving victory. Each use requires three 1/10ths of a tael of powder and one lead pellet weighing three 1/10ths of a tael. Fired flat, it can reach over two hundred paces. It is used in tandem with staff-guns and fire-spears to guard against the enemy arriving suddenly.
