When the sun produces Ear-Jewels original: Er (珥); parhelia or "sun dogs" that appear like ornaments flanking the sun on all four sides, with colored halos original: Yun (暈) of red and yellow flashing like lightning, it signifies that within one year, troops will be mobilized and the state will suffer decline?.
