Overseers and Inspectors

One Commissioner for Grain Storage and Military Affairs, concurrently serving as the Inspector for the Yingtian prefecture region. One officer for the Huian-Chizhou military defense, stationed in Chizhou, responsible for the three prefectures of Huizhou, Anqing, and Chizhou, as well as the various guard units and battalions in Xin'an, Jianyang, and Xuanzhou, to guard against river bandits and illegal miners.
