The Langshan Assistant Regional Commander Added in the 37th year of the Jiajing era; stationed in Tongzhou. For water routes, he controls all regional commanders, defense commanders, and platoon leaders from Guayi, Zhoujiaqiao, Juegang, straight to Miaoxi and Yuntiguan. For land routes, he controls those from Tongzhou, Taizhou, Huai'an, and Tianchang, straight to Fengyang and Siyang.
The Jiangnan Assistant Regional Commander Formerly a regional commander stationed at Fushan Port, later moved to Zhenjiang, then moved to serve both Zhenjiang and Yizhen. In the 8th year of the Jiajing era, the post was abolished. In the 19th year, it was re-established. In the 29th year, it was abolished again. In the 33rd year, it was moved to Wusong to exclusively manage water and land forces in Jiangnan.
