The front cover of a dark leather binding. It features a rectangular border with ornate floral corner-pieces and side-pieces. In the center is a large scalloped lozenge (diamond shape) containing floral motifs at the top and bottom. In the middle of the lozenge, the author's name is written in a straight line, and the title is enclosed within a circular double-border.
The text on the cover is an abbreviated title for Proclus Diadochus' "Theology of Plato" (On the Theology according to Plato). The circular inscription reads: ON THE THEOLOGY OF PLATO.
