S.C. 131
A full-page view of traditional marbled paper used as a pastedown on the inner cover of a codex. The pattern consists of swirling, feathered motifs in deep red, ochre yellow, and black on a greyish background, interspersed with small white circular spots. A small white rectangular library label is affixed to the upper left corner, bearing the alphanumeric shelfmark "S.C. 131" printed in black ink.
