A printer's mark in an oval frame depicting the goddess Pallas Athena standing beneath an olive tree, holding a spear and a shield bearing the Gorgoneion. The motto around the border reads "TUTA SUB AEGIDE PALLAS" (Safe under the shield of Pallas). Below the figure is the date "1683".
