Having seen by the certification of the Reverend Vicar of the Holy Office of Padua that in the book entitled "Emendations and Notes by Johannes Rhodius on Scribonius Largus" there is found nothing against the Catholic Faith, and likewise by the attestation of the Secretary nothing against Princes and good customs, we grant the license that it be printed, provided that the laws on this matter are observed, and that one copy be presented to the public library of Venice, and another to that of Padua. In witness thereof, etc.
