Therefore, the said Lord Prince and his entire company protest before the Majesty of God and that of the King, and before all the peoples and nations to whom the knowledge of this fact has reached and may reach, that they feel and recognize themselves as very humble and very obedient subjects and servants of the King, their sovereign Lord and Prince.
