If you spot an error, have a suggestion, or just want to say hello — we’d love to hear from you.

For I would wish that those who contend that these letters should be removed, contrary to the orthography received for many years, as being superfluous—so that they might not cause trouble for foreigners in pronunciation—would have it perceived and explored how much they inconvenience their own language and how much injury they bring to it, while they endeavor to provide for the convenience of foreigners in this matter. But it does not seem that this can be perceived better by any reasoning than by demonstrating the very necessary use of those letters (so far are they from being superfluous). This has been done in this little book, in my judgment at least, such that it seems it will satisfy even those who are not overly contentious in this regard. Farewell.
