I. Regarding a priest who is mute or deprived of speech.
II. Regarding him who has some other bodily defect.

It resolves 10 doubts emerging regarding the state of mind of the minister about to celebrate, regarding intention, use of reason, guilt, and grace.
I. Whether the intention of the minister is required.
II. What he who is about to celebrate ought to intend.
III. What kind the intention ought to be: whether, namely, an actual one is required.
IIII. Regarding a priest who is furious, lunatic, or for another cause deprived of the use of reason.

V. Regarding a demoniac priest.
VI. Regarding him who is in mortal sin.
VII. Regarding the certainty required that he not be in mortal sin.
VIII. Regarding him who estimates himself to be in mortal sin, although he is not.
IX. Regarding him who, after he has begun the Mass or finished it, remembers a mortal sin of which he has not confessed.
X. Regarding him who perpetrates the sin of luxury, and immediately after this is penitent and confesses.

It resolves 7 doubts which arise regarding the fasting, sobriety, and sleep of the minister.
