15. This Humidum radicale Primigenium primordial radical moisture is the essence of all natural things. When these have been informed by the light or astral influence the celestial energy from the stars, it brings forth all kinds of species, as can be seen from the following chapters.

Chapter II.

How Many Kinds of This Fountain There Are.

1. An ornamental initial E is decorated with floral patterns. There are four general kinds in which our fountain lies hidden; for everything that is in the world is either astral, animal, vegetable, or mineral. These four kinds comprise everything.

2. The Humidum radicale Primigenium Astrale primordial radical astral moisture stems solely from the outflow of the power of the Most High. It surpasses all other kingdoms because of the super-heavenly light and rules over them.

3. The animal Humidum radicale Primigenium primordial radical moisture consists of the oily moisture of the elements and subtle heavenly rays. Indeed, it possesses more created heavenly light than the oily moisture of the lower elements.
