opened; And not at all à gravitate & pondere due to gravity and weight, because of their heaviness and weight/ by which they might push sand, grit and stone down and out/ as by some/ forsooth very childishly/ is claimed/ truly MEDICINALLY properly and chiefly are to be set to work, should and must be, where one otherwise desires to cure those long-lasting, very cumbersome, painful diseases from the root, according to nature and perfectly; and to those suffering pain/ needy, sick neighbors/ both CURATIVELY AND PRESERVATIVELY, through removal/ when they are present/ and prevention/ that they do not come on or again/ next to GODS Will and Blessing (since the MEDICUS contra original: "contra τό θεῖον" the Divine, or ENS DEI, against the power of God/ where such is in play in the disease, contrary to the patient/ can do nothing) wants to provide counsel with utility and endurance.

For the just-mentioned reason / that namely Tartar, grit / sand and stone / with TARTAR and stone perfectly and in foundation or basis desire, shall and must be rightly cured / (Unde enim malum, inde &, in hiſce caſibus, remedium.; Then from whence the disease comes / from there also is / in these cases / the medicine fetched) are both by physicians and patients / for said end / also sought out / and in the previously mentioned way many times prepared and used.
