With the Favor and Privilege of His Holy Imperial Majesty original: "S. C. M." for Sacra Caesarea Majestas, referring to the Holy Roman Emperor, providing a 10-year copyright-like protection. for ten years.

A circular alchemical emblem featuring a seven-pointed star within concentric rings. At the center is the symbol for Mercury (☿). The points of the star and the surrounding spaces contain various planetary and alchemical symbols, including the Moon (☽), Saturn (♄), Jupiter (♃), and the Sun (☉). The emblem is flanked by the numbers 16 and 16, representing the year 1616. The entire page is framed by a decorative border of linked oval shapes.
