An ornate woodcut printer's device or emblem. In the center, Jesus Christ (Salvator Mundi) is depicted standing, wearing robes, holding a globus cruciger in his left hand and raising his right hand in a gesture of blessing. He is framed by an oval of light (mandorla). The central scene is flanked by two robed figures standing within architectural niches. Below Christ's feet, the word "SALVATOR" is inscribed in a cartouche. The entire image is enclosed in a decorative rectangular border with floral and architectural elements.
