Part I gave an indication as to how, by means of my inventions, huge treasures of Gold and Silver could easily be obtained in all places throughout all of Germany. There is no doubt in my mind, nor can it be otherwise, that diligent heads of households will follow my custom and devote themselves to the result, especially since I have offered to provide my advice and labor to them, as much as lies in my power. If only the search for such treasures were not treated too insecurely and negligently, it is certainly placed beyond all shadow of doubt that our Fatherland would be rendered completely invincible by such means and such great wealth. History testifies that the Egyptians, through their skill in refining metals, possessed such great wealth and power that they warded off the yoke of the Roman Monarchy from their necks, up to that time when, with the books containing the art having been destroyed by the Emperor Diocletian.
