With the present machine, one can bring water out of a ground, puddle, or swamp with the help of two persons, and dry out said damp place, which happens as follows: Two men must turn the wheel marked with S by means of two handles. This wheel is inside a cover B, which should be made of metal or otherwise of a suitable material, tightly closed all around with
