(He protects and recreates) inscribed along its inner border. The right vignette depicts a beehive with bees and a tall flowering plant, with the motto "Exemplo Non Imperio." (By example, not by command) inscribed along its inner border. At the bottom, a rectangular cartouche with decorative ribbon ends contains the identifying text for the institution.
