follows that the Spirit is life, and not the Corpus body, for the Corpus is only the form and dwelling in which life can reside.
I say further that there are three things that have brought forth a perfect birth: Soul, Spirit, and Body. The Soul is spiritual; the Spirit is spiritual for and in itself; and the Corpus must also become spiritual if a spiritual, lawful life is to follow. That which is a coarse body beyond this, and reveals itself divided, is the form in which these three spirits can prove that they are alive, as the table of Philosophia philosophy will testify at the end. And this is true and entirely true, that no spirit can rule or reign in others while it is still enclosed and trapped in its assigned body. But as soon as it is unbound from the burden, it receives power and authority to serve further and to perform that which its office has been imposed and commanded, which no true Philos. philosopher will deny.
So I will also prophesy further: since the Spirit must accomplish everything, for the creation of all things occurred solely from the Spirit of GOD the Lord, Heaven and Earth, visible and invisible, for without His Spirit nothing occurred, which He breathed out of His divine mouth, there were also thereafter created all kinds of animals, growing fruits, and metals, together with the stars and the firmament, which creation the living Spirit of God the Creator brought forth into a form, life, and effectiveness of virtue.
Thus I have now simply presented the arrival and birth of the seven planets and metals according to their essence and origin, as others of the ancients have also done, yet not hidden in high secrecy, but simpliciter simply, in case someone might be found who would like to learn of their usefulness.
