The second is upon faith, which moves mountains and casts them into the sea, to which all things are possible, as Christ Himself says.
The third is upon the Imagination, if the same is rightly ignited in our heart, it can easily agree with this faith.
Therefore, we should forsake all ceremonias ceremonies, conjurationes conjurations, consecrationes consecrations, and all supposed foundations, and set our heart and trust solely upon the right rock, that is, what can happen with Scripture, and what springs forth and flows from the light of nature and the fountain of truth. Thus we want to describe and take up here the secret, hidden things with plain and short words, which neither Corn: Agrippa, nor Petrus de Abano, nor Trithemius have understood or described before. And no one should take offense at this my writing and philosophy, but rather test and weigh every word well; then you will find
