Furthermore, the present dissertation is conveniently arranged into two Chapters, of which the former deals with coins in general, but especially with usual or exchangeable ones, and the latter deals specifically with commemorative ones, as is sufficiently perceived from the summary placed before each Chapter, so that there is no need to warn more about the method and order. We have also faithfully indicated the guides and Authors whom we consulted from time to time in their own places; especially, the most famous men Hermann Conring and W.E. Tenzel have contributed to our undertaking, the former concerning the first chapter of this dissertation, the latter concerning the second. May God grant, as we pray again and again, HAPPILY!
