The manuscript page is in extremely poor condition, suffering from severe foxing (brown spotting caused by age and humidity), staining, and fading. There is significant mirror-reversed bleed-through from the reverse side of the leaf, making the original upright text almost entirely illegible.
The following text appears to be mirror-reversed bleed-through from the front side of the leaf, showing the ink that has soaked through the paper over centuries.
M. ANTIPOLI? original: "M. ANTIPOLI"; this is likely a mirror-image bleed-through of "M. ANTONII" from the title page on the other side.
COL? original: "COL"; likely a fragment of a Latin word such as "COLLECTA" (gathered) from the title page.
Several lines of extremely faint, upright text are present below the library stamp, but the ink has faded to the point of being illegible under normal light. These may have been handwritten notes by a previous owner or librarian.
