original: "BIBLIOTHECA REGIA MONACENSIS"
A rectangular library stamp with a double-line border is centered on the page. It contains the text "THE ROYAL LIBRARY OF MUNICH" in capital letters, signifying its historical provenance from the Royal Library in Munich, which is known today as the Bavarian State Library (Bayerische Staatsbibliothek).
The mirrored text visible due to ink bleed-through identifies the work as "ANNALS OF THE INGOLSTADT ACADEMY, PART I." It features the names of the primary authors and editors: Valentin Rotmar, Johann Engerd, and Johann Nepomuk Mederer, along with the publication imprint for Ingolstadt, dated 1782.
