it is eternal and incorporeal; for it is not of a nature to be divided, [nor] would it ever be in need of the same; for it is for the sake of praying to it from itself and from the nature of the world, and the completion of the perfection in it; and not [in order] to say this, [for] they anticipate their own [things] before needing [them], through the nature of the world which [is] its own completion according to it. And that the superior races exist [as] the choice of these own [things] is a common consolation for us, concerning the religion of the undefiled; as to those who do not justly embody the things concerning gods for us; and so pure is brought to pure, and impassible to impassible. And those sacrificing in each [rite] to the one of the phalli, we say that [this] is placed as a sign of the creative power; as this law lies before [us], for the ministry of the world. For this reason, many of the purifications [occur]; when the whole world receives a kind of release or turning away of agreeable [things]. But to the disgraceful speech original: "αἰσχρορημοσύναις", of the lack of good things concerning matter, and the former indecencies of the mechanisms are made public or life happens, through which things are shared; being by nature most wicked, upon which these were brief, because it would condemn more the impropriety concerning themselves; again therefore moving the causes of the same things; from the disgraceful [action], repenting of the disgraceful. And this work has turned out to be disgraceful; but through the words, the sensation of it should not appear. And it establishes the nature toward the opposite; from worse [it makes] these [things] and such an unpitying [nature]; for the powers of the passions in us, being very much removed, become more vehement; but as a brief energy, and being led forth up to the moderate [level], they rejoice moderately, and are fulfilled. And thus being cleansed, they cease through persuasion and not toward violence. For this reason...
