Origin of the King of Guiana.
...that the present King in Guiana has his origin from the Princes of Peru. For when Fransiscus Pizarrus Francisco Pizarro, Diego Almagrus Diego de Almagro, and others brought the Kingdom of Peru under the power of the King of Spain and had King Attabaliba Atahualpa, who was a son of Guascar Huascar, killed, the youngest son of Guainacapa Huayna Capac fled from Peru and took many thousands with him out of the kingdom, called Orejones a term used by Spaniards for Inca nobles. With them, and many others who followed him, he took up residence in the valleys of America, which lie between the great river Amasones Amazon and Baraquan likely the Orinoco, which are also called Orenoque Orinoco and Maranion Marañón.
Guiana described.
This Kingdom of Guiana, located at sea to the east of Peru and thus under the equinoctial line the Equator, is richer in gold than even the province of Peru and has more cities than Peru ever had in its prosperity, as well as the same rights, laws, and divine worship that they had in Peru in earlier times. A certain Spaniard describes only the city of Manoa the fabled city of El Dorado as being larger and richer than all the cities of the entire world that the Spaniards have thus far conquered or are yet known, such that it would exceed them in greatness. It lies on a lake of salt water, of whose size, elevation, and courtly life, as well as of Guinacapa, who was the grandfather of the present King of Guiana, much has been written.

Ceremony at their drinking parties.
