A rectangular decorative vignette or printer's mark depicts an outdoor scene. A figure is seated at a low workbench or press. On the side of the bench is a panel with the Dutch motto: "THROUGH TIME AND DILIGENCE." To the left of the figure is a tent, and to the right is a prominent leafy tree. The scene is set in a landscape with a simple fence in the background.
