By the Order of the Great Muscovy
Company, to discover a route through
TARTARY to CATHAY
To Bukhara, in the year 1558.
Showing his course from Astracan through the Cas-
pian Sea, continuation of the North coast opposite
Manguslave, and his dangerous wandering
from there overland through Bukhara.
As well as a description of the Sea and Harbor
of the Caspian, the location, the straits,
and rivers running into the same.
Described by himself.
Now first translated into Dutch from the French of
J. THÉVENOT, enriched with necessary Indexes and Fine
Prints.
