The bottom engraving shows a view of the village of Spaarndam, looking away from the Landshuis. Tall trees line a path where people and a carriage are moving. On the right, various gabled houses lead toward the village center, where a church spire is visible in the distance. In the foreground right, a canal or waterway has timber logs stacked on the bank.
