By delegates of the same quantity, a double penalty of those who retain shall be exacted; if he wishes to exact by himself from any office, they shall receive a sentence of deportation if he wishes to delegate by himself to the soldiers. The actors and their procurators who follow the estates, let them report regarding their names to our knowledge. Imp r
A divine house, from whatever dignity and fortune it may have reverted to the treasury, not for the sake of 'proconium' but by the right of purchase or any other legitimate title, if it shall have possessed it and has not acknowledged the functions imposed by the republic, just as the prior master was paying, let their possessions be entirely sold to the public and assigned to the curia of the same city under which they are judges, so that by public commodities, the tributarian functions may be seen to be consulted on all sides by our provision.
