and stripped of his rights to the revenues and income of said universities, if they have refused to offer aid and support against the aforementioned Preachers. He also decrees that all heads of families, women, widows, and other leaders of their households, see to it, each for their own part, that their wives, children, servants, or other dependents do not attend the aforementioned sermons, follow those Preachers, or their patrons and supporters: otherwise, the guilt will fall upon their own heads. Judges and officials of this territory must inquire with the utmost care into those who have acted otherwise, and the acts must be sent to the King’s Procurator General, under penalty of an arbitrary fine against the negligent.
