Detailed list of imperial titles and regional jurisdictions
receive, appoint, and aggregate you to the number and assembly of our other Familiars and courtiers. Deciding and willing that you may and ought to be able to use and enjoy all and individual prerogatives, honors, immunities, preeminences, conveniences, utilities, and benefits which our other continuous Familiars and courtiers use, enjoy, and possess, in whatever way by custom or by law. Wherefore we expressly command all and individual Ecclesiastical and secular Princes, Prelates, Nobles, Counts, Barons, Knights, Peers, Prefects, Officials, the administrators of communities of towns and Cities, and finally all our and the sacred Empire’s beloved subjects and faithful, of whatever status, grade, order, condition, and dignity they may be, that they hold, keep, repute, and honor you, the aforementioned BASILIUS IOHANNES HEROLD, as our true and continuous familiar and courtier, and that they assist you in all your affairs. For this is our serious and express mind and will, which we attest by these our letters, subscribed by our hand, and fortified by the affixing of our seal. Given in our Imperial city of Augsburg original: "Augusta Vindelicorum", on the eighteenth day of the month of March.
