From the cone of the same helmet, let two buffalo horns arise, so constituted that they have their openings facing outward, one of which, that is on the right, is golden above and blue below, distinguished equally by these colors: the left, however, is the opposite of the right. Between these horns, let a herald or messenger be seen up to the waist, in other respects in all things similar to the one described above, just as all these things are depicted more ingeniously by the hand of a painter in the middle of this our Imperial diploma.
