and your children, grandchildren, heirs, and descendants born of you in legitimate marriage, and to descend in perpetuity, to freely, peacefully, and without molestation or impediment, use, enjoy, possess, and have the aforementioned insignia of arms and ennoblement, privileges, immunities, and rights granted to you by this our Imperial diploma, and finally take care that the same be done by others, to the extent that they wish to avoid our most grave indignation and a fine of Fifty marks of pure gold to be paid to our Imperial treasury and to the injured party, in equal parts, with all hope of pardon removed, which penalty we decree and establish is to be imposed upon those who shall neglect or scorn to observe this our diploma and rescript, as often as they shall violate it. In greater faith and testimony of which matter, we have willed our Imperial seal to be appended to these our letters, subscribed by our own hand. Given in our Imperial city of Augsburg original: "Augusta Vindelicorum", on the 10th day of the month of April, in the year of our Lord 1559. Of our Roman reigns the 29th, and of others the 33rd.
