If there are those to whom these things are not pleasing, and who do not wish to come to communion, let it be permitted to them to use their own judgment, provided they do not cause divisions among the people. I pray, however, to the Son of God, our Lord JESUS CHRIST, sitting at the right hand of the eternal Father and gathering an eternal Church through the voice of the Gospel, that He may teach, govern, and protect us. I also hope that, at some time, there may be a deliberation concerning all the controversies of these times in a pious Synod.
