least of all does he believe that this mystery is so great and admirable, namely, that God was manifested in the Flesh: since what it is, and what kind it is, even human Reason itself, taught by the example of physical Mixture or Communication, can grasp and understand, since it would be very similar to a Natural Union, if not in all things, yet in many, or even in most things according to their own opinion.

Therefore, the Divine Nature is not mixed with the Human, neither by itself, nor by accident, nor in any other way, however it may be fabricated by them.

That they themselves believe and teach such a Commixture, however, their words and writings attest more than enough.

For he who establishes a Real communication of divine Essential properties with the Human, what else does he do but mix, equalize, and confound the divinity with the Humanity: the Creator with the creature: the infinite with the finite?
