I consider it consonant with the law that the expenses of studies, if they have not been expressly exempted, are subject to collation, just like other proceeds.

The benefit of law 2, C. de rescind. vend. is to be extended to the buyer b and the lessee c, and not only to the seller a and the lessor a; and no less to movable goods, even if they are not precious d.

Money cannot be paid to an unwilling creditor in place of wine or grain (as some opine), except in a case of necessity, since a loan does not consist in things of different kinds.
