Report on the first Tincture
First, you have read beforehand where the heavens and the earth and all that lives and moves come from, and how the first man, Adam, was created. Understand me well; it will be to your good use and benefit, and will guide you. Note how God ordained his only Son, Jesus Christ, through the Holy Spirit, to be conceived in the pure, chaste body of the Virgin Mary. He took on human nature, and through her, had to be born into the world. Thereafter, because of his innocence, he had to be captured, bound, and tortured by the Jews, and had to sacrifice his tender body on the stem of the Cross. His rose-colored blood and original: △, that is, soul and spirit, which is also Sol Sun/Gold and Sulphur the alchemical masculine principle—a Heavenly Tincture (which we humans enjoy and receive in the Holy, Reverend Sacrament, within which He concealed it)—had to be openly shed. He had to endure bitter death and all his suffering and pain. On the third day, he rose again, liberated, surrounded by clarity and constancy, through which He attained and received the crown and victory with a purple robe or mantle, and overcame the devil, death, hell, and all his enemies. And with hearty power,
might, and glory, He ascended to heaven, sits at the right hand of God the Almighty Father, from whence He will come to judge the living and the dead, and His kingdom will have no end. See, that is the true Heavenly Tincture, which we find in the Holy Scripture, and which we have for the salvation of our souls and also for our bodily health, if we partake of it rightly in faith. For just as man, through the fall of Adam, fell into death, corruption, sickness, poverty, shame, disgrace, contempt, condemnation, eternal pain, eternal damnation, and eternal despair,
