A rectangular block of text is enclosed in an elaborate, hand-drawn decorative frame executed in gold, blue, and brown ink. The frame rises into a slender, vertical spire at the top, terminating in a blue and gold fleur-de-lis motif topped with a small cross. The upper portion of the frame features two symmetrical pointed arches, creating a silhouette reminiscent of a simplified church facade. Similar decorative finials and flourishes adorn the corners and the base of the frame. Centered below the text is a small, simple cross.
