[ ... ] some pedagogy of the soul; and a nurse of temperance. Since we were stationed in darkness; for the things above the High One are in a mist. [We] leave [behind] having kept [the commandment]. We were bound.

Some [mystery] of [the one] becoming flesh and not being changed. So that [we might] be made dense. We were mingled together so that we might rise together, eat together; since we were corrupted together, we were glorified together. Since [there is] a fellow-warrior; but let [the one] fight back.

[Of] the time of the miracle; God being lifted up; the sun being darkened; and by humiliation being inflamed. For such [things] [are] sympathetic even of the creation. The veil being torn; blood and water pouring from the side; the one [of] man, the other as if [of] God. Earth shaking; rocks splitting; the dead rising for the faith of the last and common resurrection. The signs at the tomb; the things after the tomb; which someone might worthily praise. There is nothing like the miracle of my salvation; a small drop of blood, remodeling the whole world. And they become as rennet to milk, binding and gathering us all into one. Amen.

Pascha the great and holy, and the cleanser of the whole world. For as to a living [being] I speak to you; to you who are God and light and life, and wisdom and power. For I rejoice in all these names; [they are] the stripping of the Great One, and my impulse and seal. As the greatest Word, and the [treasury] of [the] wealth, which from the Father having put on the fullness of power. You remember this word, as the firstfruits, but woven together, of our fruit-bearing. The same is a thanksgiving and a supplication. Let us suffer no evil, as many of us as of the vigils and sweats in which we were constrained. And having promised to the bodies the table which is meet; which is yours, and [which] adorned your splendor. If we are cleansed by you, if we are made to rest worthily of your God, and it shall be given to the evening tents, to the vessels, and to God himself. It will be needed.
