A hand-drawn illustration of the Pool of Siloam features a structure with three yellow arches supported by pillars over a green and yellow basin. A dark stream of water flows from the center into the basin and continues downwards towards the right edge of the page. To the right of the arches is a small domed building, possibly a minaret or tower.
From inside towards the city is the Pool of Siloam, again in the Armenian style, how it is remains, and there Christ sent the blind man, and he washed, and he recovered his sight. And he went up three times a day, and again went down. And it is distant from the Holy Sepulchre — 1 — and forty refers to the distance in units.. There is the tomb of Absalom and of the prophet Isaiah.

A second hand-drawn illustration below the text: on the left is a rectangular green walled area containing a central tomb-like structure with four small arches and a reddish-brown decorative center. Below it is a pattern of grey chevrons. To the right, a single yellow arch stands over the continuation of the dark water stream flowing from above.
