to reign scientifically or [as] the follower of the practical royal court. To which are allotted both the legislative and the judicial; but to this [other], with the hortatory and the instructional, in both matters and dogmas, the king will reign in a royal manner, [being] caring and governing; and in sum, the pedagogical [element] will be displayed everywhere; and this one [is] God-fearing in discovery, following along with the reading and caring more zealously.
