The brothers of the order and Freemasons in Hamburg are imbued with the feeling of the purest joy, as they enjoy the rare good fortune of being able to personally pay the most sincere homage of the most voluntary devotion to a prince of the high, ancient lineage of the rulers of the Vandals, in their working assemblies, which are dedicated to truth and the well-being of humanity.
All these brothers of our holy order, who are humbly devoted to Your Royal Highness, ask you through me, and with me, to accept this hammer, as the sign of the speaking laws, and to oversee the government, according to Your wisdom and Royal gracious sentiments, during Your Royal Highness's presence among us,
