The page is framed by a rustic, hand drawn rectangular border with a rope like pattern. At the very top, above the text, is a series of kabbalistic ring letters. These angelic script symbols consist of three vertical lines topped with small circles and cross like symbols. These characters were traditionally used for spiritual protection or to invoke celestial powers. The Hebrew text occupies the top third of the frame. Below the text is a horizontal decorative divider made of loops. The bottom two thirds of the page contains complex diagrams. There is a central vertical column of interlocking circles. To its right, four vertical grid like columns resemble ladders or scales. More ring letter symbols and small decorative circles are scattered throughout this lower section. A significant hole from parchment rot is visible in the bottom right center of these diagrams.
